Event management can be anything and everything about some Event that has to happen, be it be a small event of a party nearby or it be Even Management of the scale of the Fifa World Cup. Some other example is a Robot Miss XYZ ready to prepare for Taylor Swift Era’s Tour like Events. So how can small or bigger Event Management be arranged nicely?

Lets think if differently, we need the following and more:

1- Event Name, to be chosen by the owner of Event. Event name can be determined by the audience of Event as well, once people register they can send their recommendations, which are synthesized by AI and which gives the Event Planner the suggestion from majority of people’s who are attending the event. The age groups, the hobbies groups, the food likings, the books preferences, to know of the people who come to the Event. This can be used in subsequent event as well.

2- Choosing the topic of the Event, Since Miss XYZ is a singer, like Taylor Swift, but Miss XYZ is a robot, this can mean creating the schedule of the performance, the songs, and the dance steps to be decided beforehand. Also, topics, most wanted songs and all can be gathered from users towards AI registration for Event. Attendees can also send links to the most best performance till time for Miss XYZ, all using AI.

3-Strategy can be decided with the help of attendees using AI toolkits. What strategy to keep the best moments on, the best times that can be remembered forever for all of the Event attendees.

4-At the same time keeping room for flexibility, it should not be robotic even if Miss XYZ is a robotic. Flexibility is — The Robots Surprize Song, or the Singers surprize performance.

5- AI-based chatbot to talk to attendees about their needs before, after, and even in the program. This can be need of water from nearby pantry or some cold drink form the beverage section, showing the path to the same.

6- The main aim of AI is personalized contents based on AI right to the headphones, say to request to come to front or may be, you may relax and have some beverages till some other group songs are coming.

7- Clustering of people of the same kind of interest in music and dance can be made.

8- Receiving feedback while the robot / singer is on rest mode on stage, charging her batteries. These feedbacks can be arranged in real time for optimal outcomes.

9- The future events can be planned based on this to and fro data. Even more improved audience planning, better arrangement of songs to perform. In case of Fifa world cup like event similar analogies follow.

10- The AI in headphones helps you locate your snacks and beverages section.

11- Lunch time, to be determined with AI, people with similar lunch themes can be called on for their lunch at same time with help of humans and AI.

12- In the lunch time, people can visit their lunch destination decided with AI, the screens can have lot of interesting picturizations, and videos.

13- Out of world experiences in these videos on screens.

14- Some sections to be sprinkled with water in a 5G like event? Groups and area chosen as per AI, the similar cluster of groups..

15- People in same group, groups pre-determined with choices asked by AI, or into groups made with AI, this will make new friends in the groups, and may be this group becomes a permanent group in future events.

16- Regular groupwise updates for the Event Manager AI, for any updates.

17- On stage requests, such as votes, to talk to on stage, via AI agents.

18- Feedbacks during events and feedbacks after events using AI/

19- Not feeling well option in phones to contact AI, to inform humans to help someone in need of care

20- Repeat option in app, the stage can show the best message response after each song, in case of singing event
