Till machine evaluation learning human evaluation, hire human evaluation teams.

But will all coding jobs be reduced?

We still need coders who can verify the messy or expert code.

We still need coders to evaluate the coding performed by AI.

It can go a long way.

Expert coders can become coding consultants, for sophisticated coding systems such as banking or medical software systems.

We still need the coders who can evaluate and inform AI of the rating on a 0–10 scale for code written by AI.

Some codes require human expertise. In such cases, companies can hire coding consultants.

Feedback reinforcement learning with human experts, but alas, they don’t say no, so the salary of coding experts evaluating AI would be huge.

Evaluating code written by AI is similar to assessing college examinations by teachers.

Evaluated code can help in future coding.

Human coders are like expert sculpture artists, who know where to strike the hammer next for the best design on marble engravings; here is the best code.

We all know AI has come into coding.

So, how to save jobs? Get your expertise as a Python expert and propose yourself as an AI code evaluation team member.

It won’t last long; new jobs will come, wait for the right time.

Temporarily apply for evaluation of AI codes; this requires expertise in various coding languages. These jobs should be available for all kinds of coding languages, including Python, C++, Perl, and others.

We need human feedback in terms of ratings and also in terms of text feedback.

Bug finding is another area.

AI needs to take human evaluators seriously and then train AI-based evaluators for coding evaluation.

The AI codes could be very helpful, so why not have them reviewed by human experts?

Evaluations per segment, such as evaluation threading code or evaluation of design patterns.

You need to be a domain expert to apply for such jobs.
