This is very futuristic application. They are not there in Chinas World Robot Games.

There are techniques for non-humanoid robots to fly. But here we talk of humanoid robots which can fly and make Robots as a Service (RAAS) a real concept.
We all know robots are costly, and we cant buy them. But what if there is a need based use for urgent need. Say for you are tired and kitchen is messed up.
Or you want to get some relief from house work given you are not well.
A robot as a service, does not require you to buy a robot.
But the question is: how do you send robots for service to homes and offices, and how do you demand them?
The answer is to fly them up.
But flying robots have governance issues.
Which route, how to avoid colliding with robots, how to do safe navigation?
Monitoring these things in real time is no different from managing air traffic control for the altitudes allowed for bots, drones, and robots to fly.
Yes, governance has to come in between this.
You heard it right: an air traffic controller for this height where drones and robots of all kinds can fly.
Do we have one? Not yet.
So we’re still far from making a humanoid robot fly from its warehouse to your home or office.
One application is when, say, an epidemic spreads, and we need medicines or groceries delivered to our homes, and in some cases to do some work that needs to be done by a humanoid, not a delivery drone.
